Terms and Conditions Of Entry 

  1. Entry into the draw automatically means you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of this promotion.
  2. Employees of the promoter, participating retailers, associated agencies and their immediate families may not enter.
  3. Promotion commences 01/10/09; all entries will be received from 9 am on this date. Promotion closes 31/21/09; all entries must be submitted by 11.59 pm on this date.
  4. Prize draw takes place 15/01/10, winners will be notified by telephone or mail. The promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a parent or guardian in its sole discretion if a prize winner is under 18.
  5. Each purchase of one Bostik product displaying the "WIN a Sony LCD TV" necktag qualifies you for one entry into the draw by submission online at www.bostik.co.nz
  6. All winners must produce valid sales receipts of these specially necktagged Bostik products purchased between 01/10/09 and 31/12/09 to qualify for a prize.
  7. Prizes are: 1 x Sony Bravia 40" LCD TV; 5 x Uniden Trax 350 GPS Navigation units.
  8. This promotion can be entered online only at www.bostik.co.nz.
  9. The winner of the Sony Bravia 40" LCD TV will be the first entry randomly drawn, the winners of the 5 Uniden Trax 350 GPS Navigation Units will be the next 5 valid entries randomly drawn.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  11. Bostik New Zealand holds information provided in entries at 148 Pavilion Drive, Airpark II, Auckland Airport 2022 for purpose relating to the competition and for sending entrants promotional and other materials about Bostik products and services. All entrants have the right to inspect and update their personal information at anytime by emailing Bostik New Zealand at nzsales@bostik.com
